what are they made from?
are there different shapes? tradeoffs?
how are they attached to the ship?
how do they change steering and maneuverability?
seems short compared to the rest of what's above the main deck. better results or diminishing returns on taller shields?
does the coating affect its effectiveness at moving air?
windtunnel analyses?
better if they were built into ships instead of added on?
experiments in reducing drag with counterparts on ship abovedeck sides, top, and stern?
