Name not right
editThe real name of Brains is never revealed. Hiram K. Hackenbacker was just an alias used in one episode. The article needs to be corrected to reflect this. Andy120290 17:23, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
- I think this page should probably be renamed/moved to just "Brains (Thunderbirds) or something similar. From what I remember, the Hackenbacker name was mistakenly given as Brains' real name in some related media (comics, books, etc.) I think it's clear from the episode that the name is just an alias - hence the episode title. Any objections?

Image copyright problem with Image:BrainsThunderbirds.jpg
editThe image Image:BrainsThunderbirds.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

There is a meatball-style dish called a faggot and one of the most popular purveyors was a Bristolian company called H.H.Brains. Thus his name being Hiram Hackenbacker pointed towards the epithet. Again a classic Anderson quirk though possibly apocryphal.
Spelling/Grammar
editThe line about the childhood of the character called 'Brains', should read 'family's' and not "families".
Can somebody please correct?
Thanks.

Nationality
editIt is stated on the complete Thunderbirds DVD collection Thunderbirds companion DVD that Brains and most of the other characters were British but given American accents in order to sell Thunderbirds to American tv markets, should the nationality therefore be changed to reflect this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Billabongodrum (talk • contribs) 13:57, 20 April 2018 (UTC)
