Tightening lede?
I think the second sentence of the lead ("It was first published in hardcover format on December 16, 2004 by Oxford University Press, and again in paperback format on August 24, 2006") is far too detailed. How about changing it to "It was first published in 2004 by Oxford University Press" and putting the exact dates for the hardcover and paperback somewhere else in the article?
