The result of the move request was: Page moved. Consensus existed for the move with the series title but not as the primary topic. (closed by non-admin page mover) -- Dane talk 04:07, 31 August 2020 (UTC)
Brenda Walsh (character) → Brenda Walsh (Beverly Hills, 90210) – Per Episode and character articles naming convention, as trying disambiguate the character article with series name comes first. Cvhcsee (talk) 16:47, 3 August 2020 (UTC)—Relisting. —usernamekiran (talk) 20:25, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
- Move to Brenda Walsh→Brenda Walsh (athlete), and character article to Brenda Walsh - The 90210 franchise character is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for long-term significance and especially usage, per getting 99% of views. The (athlete) disambig is per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (sportspeople)#Athletics (track and field) since she competed as both sprinter and runner. -- Netoholic @ 13:41, 4 August 2020 (UTC)
- Note to closer: There is a page history problem that needs to be resolved if the athlete page is moved. The athlete's page history needs to be split off as of this edit in Nov 2016. The history prior to that (an older character page which was turned into a redirect and doesn't relate to the current article) can probably sit under Brenda Walsh (Beverly Hills, 90210) (and remain a redirect). -- Netoholic @ 13:53, 4 August 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. Wikipedia main title headers delineating non-uniquely-named TV series characters do indeed indicate such characters via the series title {Mona Simpson (The Simpsons), Robert Ritchie (The West Wing), Scotty (Star Trek), etc}. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 11:55, 12 August 2020 (UTC)
