Good question. Brewers rice or Brewers' rice? Magicalpanda24 (talk) 10:42, 15 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Article mixed bias

edit

The article asserts that Brewer's rice is of low quality compared to brown or whole rice, but is of equivalent quality to white rice. While both statements may be true, use of the word 'quality' for statements about the product's appearance and its nutrition gives an implicit assertion that low-quality appearance is equivalent to low-quality nutrition. This is not, in fact, the case, and creates a bias with respect to users reading this article in context of animal feed. Better is to compare apples to apples (or in this case white rice to brewer's rice), and make a simple statement along the lines of ″brewer′s rice contains less protein, fiber, and fat than whole grain rice″
