This is a city of Brisbane service not a county shuttle. Perhaps some funding comes from a county congestion relief program but that is true for all bus systems and that does not make them all the same.LuciferWildCat (talk) 20:57, 10 June 2012 (UTC)

The City doesn't operate this. I guess you don't know how the shuttle program works, but these shuttle routes are not equal to SamTrans or AC Transit, or even the routes operated by SamTrans or AC Transit. You're just trying to put these routes arbitrarily into some kind of "system," which is not with Wikipedia is supposed to be about.

It doesn't? Then prove it. Because the sources I see show that it is a city run service for residents and employees of Brisbane. No, the Brisbane Shuttle system and city of Brisbane did that themselves, and they put them together on a schedule "arbitrarily" so people that have access to this service Brisbane employees and residents could "arbitrarily" choose which of the BS routes they want to take, but noooo they are not related at all. Wikipedia is about free knowledge not about arbitrary systems but this is a tangible one.LuciferWildCat (talk) 18:16, 11 June 2012 (UTC)

Read this and the city even agree that the "Brisbane Shuttle" is not a transit system, nor a one that is run by the city: http://www.ci.brisbane.ca.us/living/transportation The city endorses the shuttles, but it doesn't constitute a transit system.

Wikipedia is also about Wikipedia:No original research. This is not a forum to decide that something is a transit system when authoritative sources point to the contrary. (see http://transit.511.org)Acnetj (talk) 22:00, 11 June 2012 (UTC)

So the city of Brisbane may or may not call it a transit system based on their standards but we report what things actually are based on the sources and Estuary Crossing Shuttle, San Leandro LINKS, Highway 17 Express, Emery-Go-Round, California Shuttle Bus, Valley of the Moon Commute Club and Presidi-Go are all single or two line operations that are notable and are still systems. Some just may not be open to others than a limited group of people. Nevertheless they are important society topics as they are systems or operations that people see around or read about in the paper and would like information on. 511 does not list thousands of transit systems including many from the Bay Area and what they mention or not is not what makes something includable here.LuciferWildCat (talk) 07:53, 13 June 2012 (UTC)
