Does it really make sense to have an article for a neighborhood of Oslo and move the band article to Briskeby (band)? We usually don't have articles for city neighborhoods, and the Briskeby one is not that interesting on its own :) I also think that pretty much everybody searching for "briskeby" would be looking for information on the band...opinions? Well, I must say, I care. It is obvious the band is named after the neighborhood, and then the neighborhood is the primary meaning. Also, the neighborhood is not gonna go away - this band will, sorry to say. So, it's -to me- obviously right to move the band to some band-name, and have either the Oslo-neighborhood, or a disambig (there are more Briskebys, as in Hamar), here.
