Air recognition symbols

Additionally, someone should clarify the contradictory measurements for RAF roundels as air recognition symbols. Quote: "It was 31in wide...[with] a 6in yellow surround, a 10in blue band, a 10in white band, and a 5in red centre." Either the yellow band is actually 3in and the blue and white bands 5in wide or the over all diameter would be an improbable 57in! 2A00:23C7:1E11:6300:A949:D9B9:9BC2:E70C (talk) 17:24, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
