Like other colloquial areas of Parr (Parr Stocks, Ashtons Green, Cherry Tree, Derbyshire Hill and so on) there was no long term notability or significance to Broad Oak that would require its own distinct article. Koncorde (talk) 10:39, 15 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
