Kikai?
editThe article claims that Bronica cameras originally utilized Nikon Kogaku Kikai lenses, and refers to these lenses parenthetically as Nikkor lenses. But the phrase "Nikon Kogaku Kikai" appears nowhere in the references, or anywhere else in Google besides this article, and I've never seen a Nikon-made Bronica lens inscribed with anything other than Nikkor or Nippon Kogaku (not "Nikon Kogaku"). A search for Nippon Kogaku Kikai turns up a few results for "Higashi Nippon Kogaku Kikai Kyodo Kumiai," whatever that is. If no one can back up this "Kikai" business, the phrase should probably be dropped and replaced with "Nippon Kogaku" or just "Nikkor." --Stybn (talk) 07:12, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- Removed "Nikon Kogaku Kikai", leaving just "Nikkor." --Stybn (talk) 01:27, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
I don't know when the manufacturer changed but I have a Bronica ETRS and both MC lenses (50 and 75mm) are made by Seiko. February 4, 2010 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.56.189.36 (talk) 15:29, 4 February 2010 (UTC)
Most ETR lenses were made by Bronica and branded Zenzanon (a few lenses for the ETR series were produced by Schneider but these are rare). The Seiko on the lens refers to the shutter inside the lens (leaf shutters were supplied by Seiko). Sudhir (talk) 07:24, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
