Top speed
editI put 82 miles per hour (132 km/h) (Tri-Rail) because that is the top speed of Tri-Rail at which a governor slows the train. I'm not sure that is the absolute top design speed. It seems pretty slow for a new locomotive, but since it seems to be made exclusively for commuter rail, maybe that is the absolute top speed. It would be a little disappointing as there are commuter railroads that exceed the typical 79 miles per hour (127 km/h) and they almost all have enough distance between stations that 90 miles per hour (140 km/h) would be feasible with upgrades.
