ancestry
editThe figures cited (and sourced) seem inaccurate in the presence of the other data and information cited about those claiming "American" ancestry. 130.182.29.26 (talk) 01:16, 15 October 2015 (UTC) In light of other research, other than just the one census, the ACS data seems far more accurate. The census seems fraught with an undercount and miscalculations due to the inclusion of "American" as an option.130.182.142.152 (talk) 21:48, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

William Elkins settled where? Or... What happened to Johnson Township?
editThe entry says he settled in Johnson Township and has a citation. Since this entry shows Brown County does not have a Johnson Township. Some maps show Washington Township expanded to include Johnson Township. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.120.34.113 (talk) 07:38, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
William Elkins settled in the future "Elkinsville" in Van Buren Township. I will include in text revision.67.2.229.234 (talk) 17:50, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
Autonomous and maleficent automobiles?
edit"the widespread belief, peculiar to Brown County, that cars were both autonomous and maleficent" Is this actually true? If so, what is the source? I don't see any citations on that line or that part of the article in general. WahooYahooYippee (talk) 17:34, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
