Contested speedy
editWhy is that then? Off2riorob (talk) 00:22, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
We really should not be using the Daily mirror to link to our articles, it is a very low grade citation to support anything. Off2riorob (talk) 00:28, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
The person placing this notice intends to dispute the speedy deletion of this article on this page's talk page, and requests that this page not be deleted in the meantime. Note that this request is not binding, and the page may still be deleted if the page unquestionably meets the speedy deletion criteria, or if the promised explanation is not provided very soon. Hello? Off2riorob (talk) 00:30, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
- I will prove my rationale for contesting this speedy deletion as soon as I have expanded the article a little. The deletionists will attack the fact it is a little substub ish if I do not expand it Francium12 00:41, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
- Given the numerous sources now present in the article it should not be speedily deleted :-) Francium12 01:45, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
Its absolute fluffed up rubbish, there is no such thing as Brownism and I can't believe its been created again. Brownites tend to be less enthusiastic about market driven reforms such as tuition fees and foundational hospitals and more keener on the role of the state rubbish, absolute rubbish. To attempt to assert that Brown had an individual set of ideologies that can be clearly defined and expressed is nonsense. Brownite is a not notable idiom or whatever it is called, Blaiite brownite, simple press commentry. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Brownism . - Have you familiarized yourself with Wikipedia's policies on civility :-). If you feel that way feel free to take to AfD (again!) in a few days Francium12 12:13, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
AfD
editNote that this subject has been through a couple AfDs in the past, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Brownism (2nd nomination), however that was for a different version of the article that was unreferenced. -- Ϫ 14:05, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
