Rating scale
editAs to the quality scale, I would say this article is a C. It needs to have the references cited (more than one! Clans always have lots of info books!) and to be rewritten in an "out of character" style.
As to importance, I looked at things like a hierarchy as the article said to do- Vampire: The Masquerade (top), Clans in V:TM (high), Bloodlines in V:TM (Mid). As Brujah is a Clan and in V:TM Clans are crucial to the game, it's high.

- If you look at the Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Assessment#Grades standards for articles, for an article to be properly classed as a "C" article, it "should have some references to reliable sources". This article has none, so shouldn't be categorized as a C-class article. --Craw-daddy | T | 18:18, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
Who hates who?
editNow i'm not 100% sure on this, but i thought it was Torreodor that Brujah hated. Actully i am at least 95% sure that it was Toreodor, not Malks....i'll recheck my friends book and get back on this
okay i looked it up and it is Toreador, Malkavian, and Ventrue
They dont really care for the Ravanos either if you look at the vtm paperbased book.
--History--
Just wondering where the clan history section comes from. I've read a hell of a lot of of WoD stuff and I've not seen this. I'll give it a few months then delete as fan fiction if no one comes forward. Cameronmurtagh 15:53, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
Most Populous clan
editThey seem to be the most populous clan worldwide, but also the most popular per sect, Camarilla, Sabbat, Laibon. Mathiastck 12:41, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- and this place is quieter then it has any right to be! There should be at least one bloody rant in this perkele!
Page was Up for Deletion
editFor some reason, someone wanted to delete this page all together which isn't right! This page is part of a collection of other pages all related to the same Universe. As long as it is made clear that it is based on a fictitious universe there is no reason to delete the page. Yes, there should be references. Therefore, there should be a group effort to provide the references needed, as there is written literature to support this page. Jasonasosa (talk) 18:52, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
- I redirected (not deleted) this page because it didn't assert notability of the subject material and it contained no reliable sources. Note the articles shouldn't be about plot summary but rather they should discuss the topic's reception in the real-world. It should be redirected to the parent article which is notable in the real world. If we can't come to a compromise here, I'll put it up for deletion at AfD. ThemFromSpace 19:19, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
- The more I visit Wikipedia, the more I realise it has degenerated into a wretched hive of Neo-Atheist scum and villainy. Hence, articles which are devoted to virtually anything other than pro-establishment pseudo-rationalism are deleted out of hand. This is no longer Jimmy Wales' vision of, "a repository of all human knowledge." It is simply a means by which scientistic bigots can try and forcibly ram their own dogma down everyone else's throats. As such, articles about fiction are no longer really welcome here.
- The atheists began their coup years ago, but it is now sadly, totally complete. As proof of such, this comment will probably be automatically reverted before there is a chance for anyone to read it.
- Mata genuit, Wikipedia... Mata receipt.
Notability Explanation and Disagreement about Merging and / or Deletion
editThe "Clans" in Vampire are equivalent to the character classes in Dungeons and Dragons, they are NOT just a story element. As wiki deems fit to allow the character classes of Dungeons and Dragons to have their own articles (Bard (Dungeons & Dragons), etc), there is no reason why the "character classes" of another exceedingly popular pen-and-paper RPG are not notable enough to have their own articles.
In addition, considering the large amounts of background info and game-based info on each of the clans, it is NOT feasible to merge them all into one article. In fact, if we were to do so the resulting article would be too big and then go against Wiki standards.
Please stop listing all Vampire:The Masquerade articles as non-notable.Flygongengar (talk) 20:33, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
- The notability flag has been removed.
