Good question. Does he have the education and background to be a tv producer other than just his sisters paid him money? Does Bryan have any training or experience as director other than being listed on his sister's project?

Chaotic was a series of home videos shot on a home video camera by Britney and her then husband, Kevin, themselves. The series was narrated by the two of them sitting on a couch talking about the events in the videos. It is not clear how much if any involvement Bryan actually had with the series, and the skills involved to produce the series did not entail much above what a novice film maker would know.

The notability of this article is more of trivia than of anything needing a separate page on Wiki. This article does not improve the coverage of Britney Spears on Wiki

This article is not about Britney or her accomplishments. This article is about a casual contact in her life. If every person who casually had contact with her career was granted their own page, and if every person with casual contact with every other star was granted their own page, then Wiki would be bogged down with articles.

This page in no way, shape or form leads to better understanding of Britney the person or Britney the brand. Bryan has done nothing notable for her career that necessitates a Wiki page. Bryan is not an actor or film maker

Use of the actor and film maker banner is not proper here. He has never acted in anything, nor directed anything that was not Britney related. Indeed, the banner admits that in the world of directing, Bryan is of very low importance. That he may or may not have set up a camera in his sister's living room for a question and answer session does not in any way imply he has the training or experience to be called a director. A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has received significant coverage in reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject.

Wikipedia:Notability:

"Significant coverage" addresses the topic directly and in detail, so that no original research is needed to extract the content. Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention, but it does not need to be the main topic of the source material.

The article cites four magazine articles that significantly cover the subject under that guideline. The remaining question would then be whether those sources are reliable sources. I dare say the Daily Mail and People qualify, if only barely. I can't speak for the Hollywood Gossip, but there are 80 uses of it within the encyclopedia.

Until the sources are shown to be reliable, notability has been established by the four significant coverage citations.
