Question about size range in which its called miro-machining

I wonder what the largest structure size is that is still considered micromachining? What about pieces just below one mm? I am wondering what the sequence of tools applicable for the small, smaller and smallest objects is! C9g 04:36, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
