Protection of article

edit

I propose to have this article under {{Edit semi-protected}}, due to the recent surprise news of the sneak burial of Ferdinand Marcos's remains in the Libingan Ng Mga Bayani.

Already I have seen evidence of the article bearing signs of vandalism from the disgruntled so-called victims & critics, even name calling the President Duterte as a "self-styled dictator" without even providing external links as proof. (P.S. Already editted it under the not logged in status but my IP will have been identified as mine)

Improving the lead

edit

The lead of this article starts by citing Marcos' offices, and then goes on about the details of the shifting dates the burial's approval. Shouldn't the emphasis be on the burial itself? Maybe the first and second paragraphs ought to be swapped? I will play around with options but please let me know if I miss something. - Thundersub (talk) 02:47, 29 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
