A note
editI just read this article and I was quite disgusted by the fact that men used to sniff the used panties for sexual stimulation. And also, I don't see how ONE pair of USED panties could cost up to 100 dollars. I've seen NEW panties in the shops, and they cost 5 dollars for THREE pairs.
- Proof that used panties are profitable:
and lets not forget how underage gril would sell thier underwear and that be banned in **2004**. THEY BANNED IT THAT LATE.Angelofdeath275 03:15, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
My guess would be that it only came to the surface around the time that they banned it. Imagine an average meeting of the lawmaking group. Who brings up "Well, some schoolgirls might sell their uniforms to perverts, we should outlaw that before it happens!" 24.205.34.217 20:27, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
Japanese attitudes
editThe article would benefit from a discussion of Japanese attitudes towards the practice of buying and selling one's used underwear. That is, is it a perfectly normal and socially-acceptable practice? Is it shunned? Not talked about? How would the average Japanese parents react upon learning that their daughter is selling her used underpants to middle-aged men? How might her friends react? How about the buyer: would his friends look askance at him, or would they not give it a second thought? How widespread is it, exactly? Someone more familiar with Japanese culture and language than I should write this up. —Charles P. (Mirv) 22:09, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
In need of a severe revamp
editThis article sounds as though it was written by someone speaking English as a second language. I've taken the liberty of correcting the most obvious errors, but I still think it needs some work. Jediserra (talk) 03:19, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
