Buster, Prince of Denmark
editI've noticed that Buster bears a striking number of (outlandish) similarities to Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. Both of them have a possible Oedipal relationship with their mother. Both of them are students - both a little old for the definition we place with "student" - and both are forced to cancel their studies for the sake of their families. Finally, the first thing that tipped me off to this, they both have uncle-fathers. Has Mitch Hurwitz ever commented on this? Has any scholarly source ever explored the similarities deeper? Byron
editWhere was his name stated as Byron? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shniken1 (talk • contribs) 12:28, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
-- The pilot. All of the family members have a credit underneath them upon their initial introduction. This is also the method used to reveal that Gob stands for "George Oscar Bluth". - 99.237.9.80 (talk) 03:15, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
-- It can also be seen on Buster's pills against (phantom) hand pain, when Lucille accidentally (or not that accidentally) takes them <Marito Rivera> —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.159.164.205 (talk) 20:58, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:BusterFearSheep.JPG
editImage:BusterFearSheep.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Moving page
editShould this page be moved from Byron "Buster" Bluth to just Buster Bluth? He is very rarely referred to as Byron, I only remember one reference in the pilot. There may have been others, but I can't remember. The point is, is that Bryon can be left to just the first sentence of the article because his real name is not used very often. - 99.237.9.80 (talk) 03:17, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
