- "Russo-" is a combining form. Also, Russo-Georgian War is an established term/name. We don't have to discuss the order because we aren't making it up. Our hands are tied. However, both "Byzantine–Georgian wars" and "Georgian–Byzantine wars" are descriptive titles. Neither is an established term. In other words, Wikipedians invented the title to describe the topic, which does not have a set description (name) in the sources. Such titles must be neutral.
