There IS currently a program called CBS Morning News which airs at 4:30AM ET. This article should probably talk about the current program, not past programs.
I agree, there should not be information regarding past programs on this page, the Early Show page, or CBS This Morning's page. There should be an article titled "History of CBS Morning Programs" 71.60.76.241 (talk) 14:14, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

CBS Morning News and its role in the Vietnam Era
editI would like more detail to be added to the text "For most of the 1960s and 1970s the broadcast aired as a 60 minute hard news broadcast at 7 a.m., opposite Today on NBC and preceding Captain Kangaroo on CBS."
I would like to know who the broadcasters were during the "60-minute hard news broadcast" that aired for most of the 1960s and 1970s. This bears relevance as to which newscasters covered the Vietnam War. Can someone add this to the page? Missyagogo (talk) 05:53, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
