editMore information, but I'm not sure if it is up to date:

I am sorry but I have never heard of "hematogone". What exactly does that word in this article mean?
magnetic isolation
editMagnetic isolation procedure is not exclusively used for the CD34+ cells, so I guess it's reasonable to create a separate article out of it and leave just a link here. The same is true for the use of antibodies to estimate the CD34+ population purity... Independovirus 10:42, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
Hepatocarcinoma
editHi, CD34 is also used in pathology to mark endothelium cells in hepatocarcinoma, because normal sinusoidal endothelium in the liver is not CD34+, so if + in hepatocarcinoma that makes diagnosis of trabecolar variant of hepatocarcinoma. I'm Italian, so I'm not sure to write it correctly, can someone add this in the "clinic" paragraph? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.20.83.182 (talk) 07:37, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
