Re: Merging "Pro Bono Radio (Queen's University)" with "CFRC"
editNo. This is simply one in a long list of radio shows that have been broadcast from the station and should not be merged with the main article simply because someone thinks it as significant as the radio station itself. Indeed, following what is seen on Wikipedia for just about any major radio or TV station of note, any significant radio show ought to mentioned as a separate article.
Similarly, the "CFRC Sports Team" section ought to really be a summary of its admittedly long history, and not simply it's latest incarnation. Captmondo 09:04, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- I suggested merge because it's not an article on its own. Prehaps cut it down to a sentence on how CFRC broadcasts it.--J2000ca 23:20, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- In that case it would make more sense to put up the schedule for the station rather than just mention the one show. See Radio One to see what I mean. Then link from that to this show and expand the article with info on show topics, etc. Just a suggestion. Captmondo 23:54, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not sure if the schedule is notable enough. I'm also not sure if the "Pro Bono Radio" is notable however I was fairly sure it didn't need a page on it's own. I probably would remove everything but the history section. I don't think very many people listen to it (I go to Queens and have only heard it once or twice).--J2000ca 20:49, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
