Revise Xinhua FARA
editIn the last introduction paragraph talking about Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA), it says Xinhua did not register (citation dated Apr 2021). Xinhua's wiki article says it registered a bit later with a citation dated May 2021. I would edit changing

to
