Aren't the vehicles shown in LSRAV "CO2 dragsters"? Even if not, these pages should probably be merged (and renamed CO2 cars).--Kkmurray 02:33, 16 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

They are indeed C02 Dragsters. I am somewhat new to Wikipedia, if you have the means to merge them it would be appreciated. --Jadefalcon0 10:48, 17 March 2007

They are the same, I'm sure. Yes. Merge. (Wikimachine 03:23, 18 March 2007 (UTC))Reply

I cut and pasted LSRAV into CO2 Dragster and removed the merge tags. --Kkmurray 13:56, 18 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks Lex, I will look into the laser systems and define that a bit more. Im not sure if a lot of information is out there, other than an invisible laser beam points downwards (or across depending on the model) and when broken will record the time to the starting gate display as accurate to 1/1000th of a second. The actual technology behind it, I am not knowledgeable on optics/lasers. --Jadefalcon0 23:03, 19 April 2007 (EST)

Sorry I forgot to leave a comment, but I added as much as I know about the laser systems at this time. I will look into them more in detail. --Jadefalcon0 23:03, 19 April 2007 (EST)

Someone states that TSA are the leading people with CO2 dragster racing... Have a look at F1 in Schools, I think it is more internationally recognised. I think we should at least give it a proper mention, but tell me if you agree or disagree. Nuclear froggy 18:17, 9 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Co2 dragsters are super fast if sanded down properly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.13.242.2 (talk) 00:31, 12 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Yea they go pretty fast. My class in middle school just finished doing a project on them. I you have right tools and a good sized piece of wood. -Tony Mason, Thomasville Georgia — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.13.242.2 (talk) 01:47, 7 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Recently, in your tech class, we got to make CO2 cars. And we got to paint them, but make sure you don't add a lot of weight or the car wont get to its maximum speed. -Gabriel, Madison Wisconsin
