First of all, thank you Andykatib for putting so much work into this article and other Covid-19 NZ related articles! I have some suggestions for the lede to reflect that the MIQ system is also used for people with Covid-19 who have not travelled from abroad. My suggestion is to change the beginning of the lede to the following:
Managed isolation (MIQ) is a quarantine system implemented by the New Zealand government during the Covid-19 pandemic. Under the system, people entering New Zealand, Covid-19 positive cases and some of their close contacts are required to isolate at an MIQ facility for 14 days.
