Hi everyone, I've removed the badly outdated numbers from the infobox and replaced them with "unknown" (could also use "no data"). I believe that having numbers from almost 9 months ago in a relatively prominent place like that is misleading, and given Tanzania's policies we should simply admit that there is no data. The old and outdated numbers are still noted in the article proper though, so no information has been lost.
