Name Change Proposal

edit

While CREW and NSA v. Trump and EOP seems likely to cause confusion, it is more accurate than the current title. By the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, plaintiffs get one free pass to file an Amended Complaint (possibly adding more plaintiffs/defendants) prior to appearance of defendant. So maybe best to hold off on article name change until the August 21, 2017 deadline passes. Dakleman (talk) 21:24, 24 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Dakleman: The new title is long and it sucks, but it does not confuse National Security Archive with NSA or the case with CREW v. Trump. We'll see if they change the name later. Rhadow (talk) 15:50, 22 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Rhadow: I can live with this, at least for now. Dakleman (talk) 16:48, 22 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Missing the ruling by the Appeals Court

edit

It appears that this article is missing the ruling of the Appeals Court:

The status of the lawsuit is still referred to as "Pending (filed June 22, 2017)" which appears to be incorrect. CrazyPredictor (talk) 12:49, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
