I don't understand the assertion that this page refers to: "Unremarkable people, groups, companies and web content." The CSA-Trust is the leading non-profit charity in cheminformatics, and is extremely highly regarded and well-known in the field. Its trustees include the world leaders in cheminformatics. It has been around for over 20 years.

- Then you need to provide sources from independent, reliable sources that show where others have recognized this organization as being notable. Articles from journals and trade magazines would work best here. You should also omit such promotional terminology such as "lively" (regarding the newsletter). Remember, Wikipedia is not a place to promote anything. It is an encyclopedia, and its articles should be written in an encyclopedic tone. Realkyhick 19:01, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the helpful pointers. I have removed any verbage which might be considered promotional, and added some other sources.
As Chairman of the Chemistry-Information-Computers (CIC-Division) (http://www.gdch.de/strukturen/fg/cic/vs_cic.htm) of the German Chemical Society, I would like to support David's point. The CSA Trust has done important work in supporting international chemistry events and research in the way described in the article. I would also like to remark that being recognized by the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) should be reference enough. I take the freedom to remove the criticism from the article page. Steinbeck 13:52, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to 2 external links on CSA Trust. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20060215162024/http://www.int-conf-chem-structures.org:80/index.html to http://www.int-conf-chem-structures.org/index.html
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20070705195922/http://www.csa-trust.org/awards.htm to http://www.csa-trust.org/awards.htm
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
