I'm not entirely clear the nature of this coalition; do they agree not to contest the same seats? Regardless, I think this doesn't warrant its own article (esp. one like this which which mainly just contains a quote from their website) and should be merged into both parties' articles.
It does merit its own article because for foreigners who don't know dutch politics a dual link will be very confusing and situation needs some explaining (you finding it confusing is proof of that), furthermore this article has a considerable number of links from Euro-elections articles. This article focuses on the alliance in European Parliament elections. But the two parties form an electoral alliance in a number of local elections, too. Is it fair to use the same title, and thus the same article, to discuss such alliances? Bastin 17:18, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
