Changing Title to just CaMKII

Decreased activity instead of increased/elongated activity
editI'm studying for my psychopathology course at the moment, and I'm reading that the effects of CaMKII autophosphorilation contribute to les CaMKII activity through irreversible inactivation of the enzyme and/or less afinity of CaMKII for the Post Synaptic Density (PSD), in this case leading to a reduction in hippocampal plasticity and LTP. I'm not a neuroscientist/biochemist yet, but doesn't this contradict the statement on the wiki-page, claiming higher CaMKII activity after autophosphorilation? My course materials we're compiled and in certain cases written by M.
