Can't find out where the name originates. Cadland House in Hampshire only appears to have been known by that name later. And the idea that the word "cad" derived from Cadland is the 19th C equivalent of an urban myth. Tigerboy1966 (talk) 11:34, 24 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
