West Coast?
Are we sure this is the right title for this section? Houston and Sugar Land, Texas are right on the Gulf of Mexico, which is the Atlantic Ocean, which is the opposite coast from the "West Coast". Also I'm not sure I agree that Phoenix and Reno would be considered coastal.
