Serves Them Right

I just noticed at [http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/Caldas-da-Rainha] that my wiki markup table was not converted to HTML. That'll teach them that nothing comes free and easy. Brooklyn Nellie (Nricardo) 05:31, Mar 30, 2004 (UTC)

Even funnier, the article now uses this talk page, instead of the article itself. Nelson Ricardo 01:25, Sep 1, 2004 (UTC)

The Law/Government lists

Should the "Law/Government" items have such extensive coverage? Multicooker 16:41, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Why not? It is unbiased, verifiable information. I would not exactly call it "extensive". Nelson Ricardo 17:54, 31 December 2005 (UTC)
I stated this because that kind of information is not found in most municipalities entries. I guess its the reamining topics that are (very ) incomplete. Multicooker 15:13, 4 January 2006 (UTC)

Not encyclopedic

This article would be adequate in an almanac of municipal data, but not in an encyclopedia of the scope of Wikipedia. The list of city council members should go. It serves no purpose other than for the councilmen to see their name in the article. The general international reader (even national) is not in the least bit interested in the names of these people. Other segments that would not be missed are the list of schools and the long article on ceramics, which could possibly be in a separate article on ceramics from Caldas da Rainha, if in fact there is such a thing and it is notable enough to merit an article for the international reader. You are removing useful info. If entire articles such as Membership_of_the_New_York_City_Council can exist, than I see no reason why the list cannot be included here. --Nricardo 21:01, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

Split "Education" section

I've greatly expanded the "Education" section. It could now stand alone as its own article. What does anybody else think? --Nricardo (talk) 22:41, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

There being no comments, I retract this proposal. --Nricardo (talk) 01:33, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
