Talk:California's 52nd congressional district

Update for the 2010 census

edit

The article and the sidebar map are inconsistent.

This description describes the new district, which will not be represented until 2013, by the 113th Congress.

During the redistricting after the 2010 US Census, the District was moved to the west,
to include neighborhoods such as Carmel Valley, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego,
and Coronado, California.[1]

The current sidebar map describes the congressional districts of the 112th Congress.

The most updated map is given by 1.

I'll keep an eye on this article and ensure correctness and consistency when the 113th Congress convenes on Jan 2, 2013.
