- What I think should be changed (include citations):
The intro should read: California Forever is an American corporation founded by Jan Sramek. California Forever is the the parent entity of Flannery Associates.
In the table on the right side of the screen, “parent” should be changed to “subsidiary”
In the history section, “parent company” should be changed to “subsidiary”
Suggested edit to strike “and its investors” from the sentence that reads “During that time, the company and its investors purchased 50,000 acres of land in Solano County, California for an estimated $900 million.” The investors themselves do not own the property, the company does.
- Why it should be changed:
California Forever is the parent company of Flannery Associates. Flannery associates isn't the parent company of California Forever.

- What sort of references are needed to verify that claim? It's just the business's structure... California Forever is the parent company... Justin Kramer - CA Forever (talk) 18:48, 18 January 2024 (UTC)
- Here's an article from September, that this wikipedia article cites, that states that California Forever is the parent company... https://www.abc10.com/article/news/local/california/company-founder-behind-solano-county-land-grab-shares-website-under-california-forever/103-808ead49-51cd-42d3-b54f-1bf0de0f29ee Justin Kramer - CA Forever (talk) 22:18, 18 January 2024 (UTC)
