Cleaned up

I've cleaned up the page and the voice actor is provided at the end of their character biographies, Warlock2, and Commander Hoo-Ha is listed in the character section under "One Time Characters". NoseNuggets 7:15 AM US EDT Sept 6 2005

Hoo-Ha isn't a one-time character though, is he? He's been seen in at least 2 that I can think of and mentioned in several more. Brain 22:55, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

I wonder

I wonder why Joe Murray didn't broadcast Camp Lazlo on Nickelodeon the channel where his other cartoon rocko's modern life aired. Bob 2.0

because he didn't decide what channel it would air on? It's up to the tv executives to agree, select, and air shows for their channel, not the creators of the shows. He almost certainly shopped it around different networks to see which would accept it, and if more than one, which would give him a better deal. That's how the television industry works. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 139.78.177.53 (talk) 02:33, 15 February 2007 (UTC).
  • I have no idea what you just said but it sounds like Joe did have a hard time finding a buying channel.

Fancruft

I've marked this as reading like a fansite for the sections Comparing Camp Lazlo and Rocko's Modern Life and Camp Kidney Alma Mater specifically as they seem better suited to documenting on a fansite, the rest is OK but needs copyediting. --treelo talk 04:00, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

  • I disagree, since its created by the same person its fair to at least talk about the comic style similarities as well as the abstract art of familiar animals and settings. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.226.125.194 (talk) 17:21, August 29, 2007 (UTC)

Title card

Can someone find a similar title card with a bigger resolution? The Prince of Darkness 13:44, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Camp Lazlo is dead?

I just heard from TV.com saying that Camp Lazlo is dead.

From esanchez7587 @ TV.com:

OK, you all disappoint me. Seriously. I have been seeing the recent posts in the forum and I have to say that Camp Lazlo is dead already with those posts. Camp Lazlo is dead here. The latest posts (Camp Lazlo being canceled is nothing bad but the complaints.... *rolls eyes*) like the episode ideas (non-original and non-original), the made-up ideas of the show (Patsy's family is rich [yeah, you know it's you]), "extend the show's end date", the "romance" **** (a big issue!), etc. This is why I'm not here. I still have this problem on my forum and the other forum. It killed the idea of the show! There was an era in which Camp Lazlo was a show (in our chronology) and it was fun! Now, it's killed by its own fans. Only a few of those who actually appreciate the show still roam the earth but are hidden. I'm dedicating the show the song "Hip Hop Is Dead" by Nas featuring Will.I.Am but it retitled to "Lazlo Is Dead".Camp Lazlo just died this morning.... (even thought it did many months ago)...

Is this a rumor or it is this the end of Camp Lazlo?--Edtropolis 19:21, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

OK, dunno why was this brought up but that's my blog post and the reason why I brought it up was because I wanted people to know on my opinion about the show in TV.com. It did cause some issues and many viewed it in a different way but I meant that TV.com Camp Lazlo fans killed the show. --esanchez, Camp Lazlo fan! 02:42, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

WAY MOBY Polka

I've noticed that Camp Lazlo plays the WAY Moby Polka music that's almost on every of Weird Al's Polka's. Based on what I read on the Wikipedia entry of the WAY MOBY Polka, "Weird Al" Yankovic made it himself. But if he did make that piece of music should it be mentioned that Camp Lazlo uses it or is in public domain? If it's not the WAY MOBY Polka that plays at the end of some CL episodes what is the music I'm refering to called? Will someone please awnser my questions?Master 1337 04:08, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

Games?

OK, dunno if we should refer the "games" with the online games on the CN site or just the hand-held game? --esanchez, Sign your name here! 03:03, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

Objection discontinued

I am sorry to say that this is your opinion and your opinion only. Therefore, this cannot be proven as a fact, and your objection has been nullified. There are some ways that the show is similar to spongebob. The first thing I must say, though, is that if you dislike spongebob, you are not: said 'camp lazlo #1 fan', for many of the show's characters are voiced by the same people that voice spongebob and freinds. If you believe that the show is 'repulsive', then you are insulting the voice actors, and therefore insulting camp lazlo, for without these voice actors, the show would be very much diverse from what it is now. -- Enchantz 05:29, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

Pics with Other Squirrel Scouts

Does everybody have new pics with Squirrel Scouts other than Nina Neckerly, Patsy Smiles, and Gretchen? -- Joanna 12:43 12 January 2007 (UTC)

I'm sure I can get some

Nuff said.

SpongeBob similarities

Stop talking about spongebob! SpongeBob is a stupid-humored show aired on nickelodeon! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by U is for Unity (talk) 04:43, 18 May 2007 (UTC).

It is the 2nd live action movie(according to cartoonnetwork),the plot makes a lot of sense too. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Find out how (talkcontribs) 22:39, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

Talk Page Clean Up

Im not sure how to go about it, but this talk page is unruly. Please keep in mind this is not a message board. There are plenty of them out there for CN and Im sure a few specifically for this program. 68.226.125.194 17:24, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

I've set up for the talkpage archiving bot to archive this page as neccesary. Nothing more really needs to be done! --treelo talk 17:57, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
Let's try this again with parameters that we can get to. -- KelleyCook 02:11, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Template Cleanup

I think the {{Camp Lazlo}} template needs to majorly updated. It just seems too simple. I've worked up something a little more complex here. What do you think? --  Noah¢s  Talk / Contribs 02:05, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Well, to be honest, I'm not entirely sure one way or another. That is definitely a very nice template, but there's not too many articles to begin with. I guess you could chalk me up as wishy-washy in this, and see what opinions others may have. I'll just go with consensus either way. Yngvarr 22:23, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
It's a good template but leaves me questioning just how far you can push it given the only real addition to the template is the Cast and Crew section. The remainder are merely the same links as now with anchorlinks to specific characters or locations which whilst is a good idea still happens to be as useless as the current template is right now. Thing is that in it's current condition, the nav template is a prime candidate for deletion and with the façade of a towerblock covering up a rickshaw cabin you created could save it from the same fate both the navboxes for OOJH and MGPAM suffered. Consider me uncertain also, I like how it looks busy but dislike the pointlessness as in essence it's still pointing to the same 5 articles. --treelo talk 16:33, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
Just thinking, if you can default it to "hide", that might work. I don't know anything about templates, but some of them appear to default to "show" and some to "hide". Yngvarr 23:57, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
Done. You had to add "state = collapsed" to the template to make it closed by default. Now what do you think?  Noah¢s  Talk / Contribs 01:16, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
Looks good. I'd say go for it and see what happens. Yngvarr 23:37, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
I do think that it's better this way, still the same but more navigable and looks more in line with the remaining navboxes other CN shows use. Nice one Noahcs! --treelo talk 15:46, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
