In pop culture
editThere should be a section on this discussing the portrayal of camp meetings in films like The Blues Brothers (II) etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.145.124.85 (talk) 23:09, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
List of communities with Camp Meeting Association Roots
editThere are several communities in the United States with roots as camp meeting associations besides Ocean Grove, NJ. Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Mount Tabor, New Jersey (still and active CMA) come to mind. I know there is also a town outside Chicago, but can't remember the name at the moment. One could also argue that Chautauqua is part of this movement. It would be good to see a comprehensive list in this article. Tetyler (talk) 03:36, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
- I regularly attend Hollow Rock Holiness Camp Meeting and I have previously edited this article to include information about the significance of this camp to the camp meeting movement. Jim Reed (Talk) 15:08, 10 May 2012 (UTC)
