I've cleaned this up (and removed some unsourced and seemingly defamatory material about his Confederate service). However, I am far across the state (and have personal business I need to attend to), so errors may remain. I hope someone from southwest Virginia can finish the task, as well as his son's article. I found a source describing the court-martial, but haven't read the transcripts. Nor can I figure out why the U.S. Congress and state delegate headers are reversed. Again, I hope someone can help out while I attend to other matters. Jweaver28 (talk) 14:41, 25 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
