Name of the article and other things

The name of the article is incorrect. The name should be Campoo-Los Valles which is the real name of this comarca as you can see in the spanish article of Wikipedia. The reason for this name is to differentiate this comarca from a part of Campoo that, as is indicated in the article, is currently in the province of Palencia. The reason is that the area of Campoo is currently divided between Cantabria and the province of Palencia. That is why the comarca of Cantabria is called in a different way. In addition to that, the name of Campoo-Los Valles refers to that it includes the municipalities of the valley of Campoo, like Campoo de Yuso, Campoo de Enmedio and Hermandad de Campoo de Suso, as well as other other municipalities that are in the south of the comarca and that are denominated "The Valleys" ("Los Valles" in Spanish) and that are Valdeolea, Valderredible and Valdeprado del Río.

The name that I propose already appears in the page on Comarcas of Cantabria and in the head of this page. So if anyone could change it I would appreciate it.

Also it would be interesting to note that this comarca of Campoo-Los Valles does not have a real administrative entity. As well it is explained in the page of wikipedia dedicated to Cantabria, the Law 8/1999 of Comarcas of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria of 28 April 1999 establishes that the comarca is a necessary entity, integral in the territorial organization of the region. This law opens the development of the Comarcalization in Cantabria promoting the creation of comarcal entities, which have barely begun to appear. But in reality in Cantabria, as in other autonomous communities, the comarcas have only a historical sense, but do not have real administrative character.
