Page reverted, partially to undo the blatant vandalism changing "Canada" to "Mexico" but also to eliminate the statement somehow attributing a death to the consolidation of the Canadian Hockey Association with the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association. Besides seeming absurd on its face, the statement was 1) inappropriate for a disambiguation page, 2) wholly unsourced and unsupported by the text, 3) not supported and not even mentioned in the linked article, and 4) was simply poorly written and nonsensical.
Perhaps if someone out there can actually explain how the consolidation of Hockey Canada led to someone's death, a detailed discussion of the event might be warranted on the topic's main page, but certainly not mentioned in passing without source on a disambiguation page.
