editGastropexy is sometimes referred to as Gastroplexy in the literature (with an "l"). Even in the references in this article, which I've double checked and just cut and paste the article name, it is spelled differently across articles. We may want to note it in the lead. Thanks, Renee Renee (talk) 15:40, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
- I've investigated further. In the university-based index program I used, ISI Web of Knowledge, they used the world "gastroplexy" (with an "l"). For some of the articles I cut and paste the citation from the index. But then, when I checked the actual retrieved articles, they spelled it gastropexy, without an "l," so I think the mistake is in the university search engine (though various veterinary sites also refer to it as gastroplexy). Soooo, I think we should just stick with gastropexy, without an l. Renee (talk) 15:47, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
