I'm pretty sure the medical use of cannabis is not legal in Panama, and I have therefore revised the article to reflect this. The reference used to assert it being legal requires translation, and as it is pretty difficult to make out what is being said it could easily be misunderstood. This source actually says there have been false reports circulating that Panama had legalized the medical use of cannabis, and it specifically mentions Law 14 signed on 5/19/16 which matches exactly what was stated on this wiki page. Finally, a google search will show several news articles in the past year that Panama is considering legalizing medical cannabis, thus implying that it is not already legal there. So, I'm pretty confident that it is not currently legal.--Jamesy0627144 (talk) 09:37, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
