editI have just updated the page so it states that Mass Coastal Railroad is the freight railroad the transports trash off of the Cape. I know feeder service from Middle Borough is in the works and Cape Cod Central it's sister company will be providing this service. Note Cape Cod Central ran the first train to Middle Borough last fall as a special for the first time in over 13 years. Geographic Coords
editI wanted to added the coords to remove this page from 'missing massachusetts coordinates' on the Mass Portal page, but linear features (like railroads) aren't so simply defined. I decided to use the example suggested in the geography portal page of Severn Tunnel. By adding the station coords to a table, and using the West Barnstable station as a 'mid point', I had a proxy for the geocoord for the site. I was disappointed that I could not add the links to the station articles on the table without messing up the text; I also could not add the coords in ddd mm ss format (again table formatting), and so just use those respective pages' coords in the table, even though my coords from Google are ridiculously close to them. Despite my frustration with formatting, I think I added some worthwhile content. By all means please clean up what I hope is mere minutae, that I left behind, and reply here if you're concerned about either my methods or my madness. Bill McKenna (talk) 17:18, 24 October 2016 (UTC)
