Really a own species?
editIs there a source for the split of O. castro in O. jabejabe? Bolton et al (2007), "Playback experiments indicate absence of vocal recognition among temporally and geographically separated populations of Madeiran Storm-petrels Oceanodroma castro", IBIS, 149(2) never suggested such a split and neither did any other peer-reviewed publication I could fine. The IUCN doesn't list O. jabejabe as a species. Reference 1 linked in this article is not a peer-reviewed publication so I don't know if it's really worth something.--El harmakhis (talk) 20:47, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
