Rename
editCan someone that knows how to rename article officially rename this one Capital Area Multi Modal Gateway? The Capital Area Multi Modal Gateway officially opens, today. The old station is scheduled for demolition to create the parking lot for the new Capital Area Multi Modal Gateway. Thanks. I'll working on updating the article changing tenses and such. --Criticalthinker (talk) 11:44, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
- I just got through figuring out how to do this by myself and changing (including the additiona of a new "description" section) the article accordingly to reflect both the previous station on site and the new one before someone edited in the middle of my edit. --Criticalthinker (talk) 14:59, 26 January 2016 (UTC)
- As I said on my talk page, apologies for the edit conflict. It really sucks to lose a bunch of work. But as for the titles, "Multimodal" is much more common in the sources than "Multi Modal", with nearly 5,000 Google News hits compared to 3.--Cúchullain t/c 15:07, 26 January 2016 (UTC)
- It just happened again, though I've copied and pasted my answer this time in case something like this happened. Someone else is currently editing the page. I want people to hold off and let me do this. My edits have more citations and is better arranged. If someone want to tweek them, that's fine, but please stop the editiing for the moment, folks. --Criticalthinker (talk) 16:10, 26 January 2016 (UTC)
- It's the nature of a collaborative project, I'm afraid. Your move made the station pop up on watchlists. At any rate, Epicgenius seems to have stopped editing; I'm sure we're all happy to let you take a crack at it to avoid future edit conflicts. Let us know if you need anything else.--Cúchullain t/c 16:17, 26 January 2016 (UTC)
