Dr. Rogoff has reviewed this Wikipedia page, and provided us with the following comments to improve its quality:
Overall, quite sold. Maybe it would be better to just delete the ending section on Capital controls which is weak and instead just give a link to "Capital controls". This material really is a distraction.
