I did not change the formula for diameter of the tube, because I do not know the correct one, but I think it is not right, because the term a[c-c] is not defined above this place, where [...] indicates subscript. I think, based on the subsequent text, that a[c-c] should be replaced by simply a, and ", where a is the carbon-carbon distance" should be added here, as in a subsequent formula. Inappropriate subsection?
editThe title is "CNTFET material considerations", I don't think it should be there.

Contents that do not belong here: "Introduction" and "electronic structure"
edit- The section "Introduction and background" reads like the "introduction and motivation" section of a Journal paper. It is not appropriate for Wikipedia.
- The section "Electronic structure of carbon nanotubes" largely duplicates material that is already well-explained in carbon nanotube (or may deserve a separate artucle).
