Carbamoyl group

What is the difference between carboxamide and carbamoyl? See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbamic_acid.

I assume that the carboxamide is a bit more generic, in that the R group can be any atom, whereas the carbamoyl group is always only ever -C=O-NH2, but I am not qualified to really come to this conclusion on my own.
