Content
editSeveral IP users have put in place on this page a long stream of incoherent commentary. This is not appropriate for a general biographical article, and I have reverted it under the WP:NOR guideline. The page could use expansion, and I would like to see some, but we need to be concerned about WP:NOR and WP:ATTRIB. Zimbardo Cookie Experiment 17:44, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
Royal Netherland Academy of Arts Membership
editSent email clarifying status on 14/7/2015, but assume he doesn't appear on lists as he is alive but no longer working. DDB (talk) 02:06, 14 July 2015 (UTC)
- The three different member lists (members, foreign members, foreign correspondents) list all members of the Academy, including the ones who have retired from active academic work. The only exception are those who have taken up a non-active status due to other activities, such as politics. Even if Schorske is a member who for some reason is not listed, his membership should be sourced before it can be included in the article as it is an extraordinary claim. Secondly, the text says he is an honorary member, those are not included in the Category:Members of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts & Sciences. Crispulop (talk) 07:59, 15 July 2015 (UTC)
